昨日の金スマ放送後、ニンニク商品や販売先などのお問い合わせを多数頂戴しましたので現在わかっている範囲内でお知らせをさせていただきます

 
今年収穫したニンニクはニンニク醤油にして今年の12月上旬頃に販売させていただく予定です。
 
 
また黒ニンニクも検討中です。
 
 
価格等はまだ決まっておりませんが、通信販売や競馬場内のショップにて販売を検討しています。

先日、皆様からいただいたご寄付を使い牧柵を購入しました。

 
 
購入した牧柵。今回は各120本購入させていただきました！
 
 

 
 
 
 
 
 
牧柵を打つには、縦に打つ杭（1本2,250-)と横に打つ横板(1枚1,470-)が必要です。
 
腐らないように加工をしてあります。
 
 

 
 
 
 
 
 
力仕事のため近くの生産牧場の方などにお手伝いをしていただきました。牧柵以外にもいろいろお世話になっています。
 
いつも本当にありがとうございます。
 
この日はとても暑くて作業は中々大変でしたが、みなさんのおかげで、至急直したかった場所の牧柵打ちは終了しました。
 
 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
なぜ、早急に打ちたかったかというと、奥には排水が流れていて何かの拍子に馬がハマってしまうと自力での脱出ができないからです。

久しぶりの更新になってしまいまい申し訳ありません。いまにんにく畑は収穫の時期をむかえています。

 
 
７月の初旬までは雨が少なく雑草もあまり伸びなかったのですが、雨が降ると畑では雑草が勢いよく伸びはじめました。（before）
